The mission of the KIPP Foundation is to create a respected, influential and national network of public schools that are successful in helping students from educationally underserved communities develop the knowledge, skills, character and habits needed to succeed in college and the competitive world beyond. KIPP Programs help train and develop our outstanding educators, leaders and staff in the tools and resources to necessary to provide excellent teaching, promote innovation and facilitate the exchange of insights and ideas across KIPP and other public schools.
